Refund policy

In the case you are unhappy, or have changed your mind about your purchase, we will issue you a credit. Credit is only valid if you contact us within 7 days after delivery and 7 days after an in-person purchase date. All accepted returns must have original tags attached, receipt, and must appear to be unworn and undamaged. EarBobs DC has the right to refuse the returned item if it does not meet our return policy requirements. See our return and exchange instructions below.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable for all returned items. EarBobs DC is not responsible for return shipping costs.

To Return:

  1. Email us at earbobsdc@gmail.com to notify us of your return.
  2. The subject of the email should be as follows: Return - Order#(your order number). If this was an in person purchase, please include which market you made your purchase at, as well as the date. 
  3. In the body include your name, and reason for your return.
  4. An email confirmation will be provided.
  5. Your return will process once we've received the returned item, and all Return policy requirements are met.
